Early wounds of feeling unseen and shaped by codependent roles taught me how to mask; how to stay close to people without ever letting myself be seen.
Over time, I learned that the truth of any relationship begins with the truth I’m willing to hold inside myself. If I cannot name the fears, the spirals, the ache; then I cannot fully arrive.
This work grew from learning to live from what is raw and vulnerable, not from the strategies that kept connection at the cost of my belonging. It came from remembering my heart is good, and from calling in people who can meet my depth without needing me to bend or perform.

This is deep, intentional work. If you need to pause for integration, the time is extended so you still receive all twelve sessions. Afterward, you can continue month to month if you feel called.

Within these six months, you’ll have full access to my Intimate Alchemy recording library, which includes hypnosis audios, breathwork sessions, nervous system regulation practices, and IFS-based meditations.
