For Your Path
Take a breath. Drop in. Rediscover yourself.
Alongside my private work, you’ll also find complimentary offerings throughout this page; gentle companions to walk with you. These are small practices and reflections you can lean on whenever you need them, guiding you back to your own steadiness and belonging. Each piece of this work is shaped to meet you where you are. To nourish, to clarify, to hold you with tenderness in the moments in-between.
May you leave here resourced. Seen. Held.
Understanding triggers
A Guided Workbook for Rooted Self-ReflectionTriggers are openings; portals calling us back to what longs for love. They arrive as invitations, asking us to pause, to listen, and to tend to the places that still hold our stories.
This workbook is a place to follow the threads of your patterns, name what has been carried, and trace the origins of the beliefs that shape you. With each page, you will begin to recognize the wisdom inside the spirals and learn how to meet them with steadiness and presence.
Each prompt is a doorway and each reflection a moment of connection with yourself. Through this process, you gather trust in yourself, clarity for what you carry, and the courage to hold your experience with compassion.
This is for the part of you ready to face what aches, ready to meet the flame with courage, and ready to remember the wholeness that has always lived within you. Let these pages be your anchor, your witness, and your call back home.
Returning To The Well
What I share here comes from lived experience; the questions that have unearthed me, the moments that have undone me & the slow work of coming home to a more intimate relationship with vulnerability. Each entry comes from something I have lived, wrestled with, or sat beside longer than I expected to. I am write from within the process ; from the places that have stretched me, unsettled me, and asked me to look at myself more directly than I might have wanted to. What you will find here are reflections shaped by experience, by study, and by the uncomfortable work of understanding myself more transparently.
This space is for folks who feel a pull towards alchemizing pain and shame within themselves; toward ritual, toward meaning, toward slowing down enough to orient to what is happening inside of them.
You do not need to arrive here polished or resolved. You can come curious. You can come tired. You can come unsure. My hope is simply that something here meets you where you are; that a sentence lingers or that you feel less alone in your questions.

Moving beyond familiar edges
Guided Journal Prompts For Limiting BeliefsHealing rarely moves in a straight line. It returns in waves, bringing us back to experiences we believed were resolved, only to reveal a deeper layer asking for attention. An ache in the body. A memory that surfaces unexpectedly. A thought that lingers longer than it should. These moments are not regressions. They are signals that something inside is still asking to be understood.
These prompts are meant to accompany you in those moments. They offer structure when emotions feel layered and unclear and help you slow down long enough to identify what is being activated, what belief is underneath it, and what part of you is speaking through the reaction. Instead of pushing the feeling away or trying to fix it, you begin learning from it.
Each page guides you into a more direct relationship with yourself. You track patterns, you name your pain points, and you recognize where your voice has gone quiet and where it is ready to be expressed more honestly.
