The path of the healer is one that starts with the self. It begins with our own understanding of the deepest wounds, the stories they tell, the boundaries we set to honor our wholeness, & the practice of tending to the limitations, sorrows, & pains we experience through this thing called life.
These attunements act as bridges, connecting you with your gifts, your divinity, & your body. Within the walls of these containers, you will have the space to explore the depths of being in a way that's both grounded in physical reality while maintaining an open channel to the wisdom of the universe. The intimacy of these small classes creates a safe & sacred space that holds your nervous system with reverence, allowing you to fully experience an energy practice within a curated & personalized setting. I provide you with every tool you need through every level of training, all I ask is that you bring an open heart, & curious mind.
What is a reiki attunement?
A Reiki attunements are passed down through a lineage of masters & teachers, both embodied & in spirit. It is a tender meeting of spirit; a quiet ceremony of meditation, breath, & intention that gently opens the door to your deepest connection with the universe. Held with reverence, the Reiki Master guides you through this profound exchange, using sacred symbols & prayers to open your energy channels, allowing blockages to soften & release. This experience is uniquely yours—arriving as a soft warmth, a tingle, a burst of color, or the gentle release of held emotion. It is a deeply personal moment, an intimate dance with the energy that knows you, loves you, & holds you unconditionally. Here, you are reminded of your natural ability to heal yourself & others, awakening a deeper sense of self-awareness & communion with the sacred.
In my practice, I choose to attune each of my students in person, weaving in the soft touch of hands in prayer, tapping symbols into your palms, & drawing symbols energetically into your field. Some teachers may attune their students virtually or attune the whole class at once, & there is no right or wrong way; each approach carries its own beauty. For me, attuning each student individually feels like an intimate conversation with the soul. It allows me to receive unique support from my guides & yours—special symbols, whispers, & messages that are meant just for you. My sensitive spirit feels most at home in these one-on-one moments, where I can tune into your energy & meet your needs with gentle presence & care.
This part of our time together; depending on class size, usually takes 30-45 minutes of sitting in meditation, where I attune you individually, heart to heart. After your attunement, you may find yourself in a space of gentle integration for the following days & weeks. Where emotions, thoughts, & energies may rise to the surface or quietly release, each an honoring response to what your body is asking for in this moment. Both are beautiful medicines, each serving you in their own way. As you continue to work with Reiki, exploring this new flow of energy, you deepen your bond with it—& with yourself. Each time you touch this energy, it is an invitation to come home, again & again, to your heart, your truth, & the essence of who you are.
I believe in creating a space where you feel deeply held & supported, where every moment is dedicated to your healing & growth. In honor of this, I have lovingly expanded my Reiki I classes into a nourishing 2-day training. This is an invitation to slow down, to take the time your heart needs to learn, explore, & embody the sacred practices of self-healing.
During our 16 hours together, you’ll have the spaciousness to connect with your own inner wisdom, learning how to soothe the tender places within you, set strong, loving boundaries, & begin to heal the wounds & traumas that weigh on your spirit. This time is for you, to breathe, to rest, & to practice all that you learn in a soft, guided environment where you can release & renew.
Beyond our time together in class, you will also have a rich & expanded manual, filled with guidance & wisdom that reaches beyond what we cover. It will be your companion, offering deeper insights & gentle reminders as you continue this beautiful journey of coming home to yourself. You will also have access to my monthly Reiki share to provide space where you can practice & connect in community.

The practice of Reiki is often noted as a healing practice in order to help others & the self, but what often isn’t conveyed is that Reiki is a journey of self-discovery, healing & spiritual connection. It taps into the cellular makeup of your DNA allowing you to read energy more easily, connect to source more deeply, & heal the emotional & physical wounds of the self in order to evolve your conscious state of being. These offerings are held in a space where you are free to explore your natural intuitive gifts; as your personal remembering opens doors to expanded levels of healing & personal evolution.
Reiki II Certification
I understand there is a wealth of information on channeling, energy work, & healing available online, but my intention in this sacred space is to help you deepen your rituals & connection to Source by nurturing your unique gifts & the ways Spirit moves through you. This advanced class is designed to honor your personal expression, guiding you to understand the subtle flow of energy, expand your awareness, & enrich your intuitive practice. Here, you will explore the foundations of mediumship, fine-tune your techniques, & learn how your guides speak through you on a deeply personal level.
These two days together are crafted to offer spaciousness—to learn, to practice, to ask questions, & then to practice even more. I’ve carefully created these 16 hours with one another so that you can immerse yourself fully, allowing your curiosity to guide you as you deepen your connection with your own healing gifts. Reflecting on my own Reiki journey, I often wished for more time—time to explore, to build confidence, & to feel the tender presence of guidance. So, here I offer you this: Time to discover yourself within this healing art, time to trust in your gifts, & time to grow in the loving presence of Spirit as you continue unfolding.

It's an invitation to savor the beauty of each present moment, learning to lead your life with love, both for yourself & the world that surrounds you. With every step on this path, you'll move closer to a state of balance, harmony, & inner completeness, offering your gifts not only for self-healing but also to uplift your community.
There is something profoundly beautiful about resting in the energy of healing, acceptance, & humble learning over an extended period of time. This is why I have chosen to transform my Reiki Master Training into a destination retreat—a sacred 5-day gathering where we will come together in community to learn, heal, & grow.
During our time together, you will be guided not just by me, but also by a circle of gifted practitioners who will join us, each bringing their unique healing arts to support you on your path to mastery.
