The path of the healer is one that starts with the self. It begins with our own understanding of the deepest wounds, the stories they tell, the boundaries we set to honor our wholeness, & the practice of tending to the limitations, sorrows, & pains we experience through this thing called life.
These attunements act as bridges, connecting you with your gifts, your divinity, & your body. Within the walls of these containers, you will have the space to explore the depths of being in a way that's both grounded in physical reality while maintaining an open channel to the wisdom of the universe. The intimacy of these small classes creates a safe & sacred space that holds your nervous system with reverence, allowing you to fully experience an energy practice within a curated & personalized setting. I provide you with every tool you need through every level of training, all I ask is that you bring an open heart, & curious mind.

Reiki I Class

I believe in creating a space where you feel deeply held & supported, where every moment is dedicated to your healing & growth. In honor of this, I have lovingly expanded my Reiki I classes into a nourishing 2-day training. This is an invitation to slow down, to take the time your heart needs to learn, explore, & embody the sacred practices of self-healing.
During our 14 hours Reiki Training together, you’ll have the spaciousness to connect with your own inner wisdom, learning how to soothe the tender places within you, set strong, loving boundaries, & begin to heal the wounds & traumas that weigh on your spirit. This time is for you, to breathe, to rest, & to practice all that you learn in a soft, guided environment where you can release & renew.

An 80+ page manual full of rituals, history, insights, & techniques to support you in personal healing, energy work, & spiritual practice.

The practice of Reiki is often noted as a healing practice in order to help others & the self, but what often isn’t conveyed is that Reiki is a journey of self-discovery, healing & spiritual connection. It taps into the cellular makeup of your DNA allowing you to read energy more easily, connect to source more deeply, & heal the emotional & physical wounds of the self in order to evolve your conscious state of being. These offerings are held in a space where you are free to explore your natural intuitive gifts; as your personal remembering opens doors to expanded levels of healing & personal evolution.
Reiki II Certification
I understand there is a wealth of information on channeling, energy work, & healing available online, but my intention in this sacred space is to help you deepen your rituals & connection to Source by nurturing your unique gifts & the ways Spirit moves through you. This advanced class is designed to honor your personal expression, guiding you to understand the subtle flow of energy, expand your awareness, & enrich your intuitive practice. Here, you will explore the foundations of mediumship, fine-tune your techniques, & learn how your guides speak through you on a deeply personal level. These two days together are crafted to offer spaciousness—to learn, to practice, to ask questions, & then to practice even more. I’ve carefully created these 16 hours with one another so that you can immerse yourself fully, allowing your curiosity to guide you as you deepen your connection with your own healing gifts.
***Please note: Completion of Reiki I is required to join this class.
